Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using LingoMatch. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

LingoMatch is available to users of all ages. Users under the age of 13 must have verifiable parental or guardian consent before using the app. Users aged 13–17 should review these Terms with a parent or guardian. By using the app, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use LingoMatch for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app or its source code
• Use the app for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, databases, or systems
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the app

3. In-App Content & Virtual Items

LingoMatch is a free educational game. Virtual coins and other in-game items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash, prizes, or any goods or services outside the app.

4. Advertising

LingoMatch is supported by advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the app, you consent to the display of ads. We do not control the content of third-party advertisements. For information on how advertising data is used, please see our Privacy Policy.

5. User Accounts & Data

By default, LingoMatch uses anonymous authentication — no email address or password is required. Your progress is associated with an anonymous user identifier. If you uninstall the app or clear its data without linking an account, your progress may be lost.

Optionally, you may link your account with Google Sign-In to sync progress across devices and preserve it after reinstallation. Linking is voluntary and not required to use the app. We are not responsible for any loss of game progress resulting from account actions taken by you or by Google.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in LingoMatch — including but not limited to the game design, graphics, animations, audio, and word data — is the exclusive property of the developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the app without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

LingoMatch is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the app is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of game progress — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the app.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to LingoMatch at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of law. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
